CARMEL/CLAY PLAN COMMISSION
Docket No. 148-01 CA
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission meeting on the 18th day of December,
2001 at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will
hold a Public Hearing upon a Change of Commitment application for Plum Creek Partners, LLC.
Petitioner seeks approval to change a previously approved commitment to exclude certain special
uses on the future Lot 4 of the Hazel Dell Corner Subdivision and to allow for a restaurant use on the
future Lots 2, 3, and 4 of the Hazel Dell Corner Subdivision.
The property is located north and west of the northwest corner of 131St Street and Hazel Dell --
Parkway.
The application is identified as Docket No. 148-01 CA.
The real estate affected by said application is described in the attached legal description.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place. The
hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary. The petitions and plans
may be viewed at the City of Carmel Department of Community Services, 1 Civic Square,
Carmel, Indiana, 46032.
