Dear Mr. Reis:
At the meeting held February 19,2002, the CanneVClay Plan Connnission took the following action regarding the
Commitment Amendment petition filed for property located at the northwest comer of East 1318t Street and Hazel Dell
Parkway.
APPROVED: Docket No. 148-01 CA, a petition for Commitment Amendment approval to revise the list of special uses
permitted on Lots 2, 3, and 4 within the Hazel Dell Comer Subdivision. The Plan Conunission voted ten (10) in favor,
zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition as amended. Petitioner shall submit revised commitments to Department
for review prior to recording.
