Petitioner seeks to amend their Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting,
Landscaping & Signage approval for a building addition. The site is located at 931 South
Range Line Road. The site is zoned B-7.

The applicant is requesting approval to rebuild and expand the building located at 931 South
Range Line Road. The structure was damage last year by fIre and the applicant is looking to
expand the size of the building and signifIcantly change its architecture. The proposed building
elevations are reflective of the style of surrounding buildings and the City Center plans along the
west side of Range Line Road.
The Public Hearing for this item was held on December 18th. The applicant then met with the
Special Studies Committee on January the 8th and February 5th. The Committee forwards this
item back to the full Plan Commission with a unanimous favorable recommendation.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the petition as amended
and forwarded by the Special Studies Committee.
