2. Docket No.ISI-01 PP Amend; Spring Run Estates, Section 1
The applicant seeks approval to amend Spring Run Estates, Section 1 Subdivision to
exclude Block A as identified on the plat. The site is generally located at the northeast
comer of West I06tb Street and Crooked Stick Lane. The site is zoned S-l/Residence.
Filed by Dennis Olmstead of Stoeppelwerth & Associates for Glenn E. Christian.
We have advised the applicant to send out a mailing to all adjoiners informing them that the item
is in fact not withdrawn and that it will be heard at the Subdivision Committee meeting on April
9th. I have not been able to confirm that this has been accomplished. The Committee will be
advised at or prior to the meeting. If the applicant has not sent the letter, the Department will ask
that the item be continued to the May 14th meeting date.
Primary Plat Amendment will allow block "A" to be removed from the Spring Run Subdivision.
The request should, at this time, be exclusively for a Plat Vacation of Block A. We will consult
with John Molitor on this issue prior to the meeting.
The Department recommends that the Committee continue this item to their May 14th
meeting date.
