And, listed below are the remaining review comments we need you to respond to and address in writing & with documents (via email) before Noon this Wednesday March 22 – thanks: 1) Please provide design details about the pool pump equipment to show that it is a quiet model and has reduced noise/vibrations. (This could even be a product pamphlet, or sales brochure). 2) Are any additional trees proposed to be planted in the new tree preservation area that is proposed along the south property line? Or, will you just let that area become naturalized and grow up with trees & vegetation over time? 3) Please confirm that your easement encroachment variance request is only for a 500 sq. ft. area (50-ft long by 10-ft wide), and that the rest of the area within the Tree Preservation Easement will remain untouched and preserved. That should be responded to with a response statement of what would happen, essentially, if your variance requests were denied... Right now, you are basically telling the hearing officer that you have no practical difficulty... and that is not what you should do. You need to prove that you will have a practical difficulty with complying with the zoning ordinance! 1
