Sec 2. lot 59 ot- Russell Prooerty- 060100]2 V Dear Mr. & Mrs. Russell: At the meeting held Monday, March 27, 2006, the Hearing Officer for the Carmel Advisory Board ofZoniog Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 3508 E. Carmel Drive. APPROVED: Docket No. 060]0012 V Development Standards Variance for side yard setback. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit Of the Zoniog Ordioance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (]) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted hy this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 27, 2007. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
