This project has been reviewed under 2005 Indiana Residential Code. 2. A townhouse is a sin9le-family dwelling unit constructed in a group of three or more attached units separted by property lines in which each unit extends from foundation to roof and with open space on at least two sides in accordance with Section R202, IRC(675 lAC 14-4-3).
