APPROVED: Docket No. 159-01 PP, a petition to approve a primary plat. The Plan Conunission voted nine (9) in favor, two (2) opposed, thereby granting the petition as amended subject to the following: 1. The recording of the conunitment (as submitted) concerning the use and the development of the real estate. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 159-01a, b, c, d, and e SW, subdivision waivers to the primary plat. The Plan Conunission voted nine (9) in favor, two (2) opposed, thereby granting the subdivision waivers as presented. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
