Kosene Kosene COMMERCIAl MEMORANDUM TO: Dan Parkin DATE: June 20, 2006 FROM: Beth Smith SUBJECT: OscolCVS - The Centre - Carmel, Indiana Dan, Following is the approval packet that you will need to obtain permits from the city of Carmel. The sign drawing was not very detailed so I am highlighting a couple of items that that are required per the Sign Criteria for The Centre. All letters must be individual - no . raceways, 5" deep with 1" trim caps all in dark bronze. Generally signs are not allowed to be more than 18" in height but with the size of the sign band you should be fine with the proposed 24" letters. Signs must be on a timer and lit from dusk to dawn. We must receive a 24 hour notification prior to the installation of the sign. You must place a tinplate on the building for review and approval. We also will need a copy of the permits that are obtained from the city of Carmel and we will need a certificate of insurance naming both Kosene & Kosene Development and Management Company, Ine.and Centre Associates, LP as additional insureds.
