Lighting & Signage applications for Meijer, Inc. The petitioner seeks approval to
construct three retail buildings for Meijer, Inc. on 26.060± acres. The site is
located southeast of 106th Street and U.S. 421 at West Carmel Center, Block D.
The site is zoned B-3/business and is located within the US 421/Michigan Road
Overlay Zone.
