EASEMENT OF INGRESS & EGRESS

For and in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Woodland
fCounty
Club, Inc., an Indiana Not -For -Profit Corporation, grants
to the public a non-exclusive easement of ingress and egress on
and (c.- the real estate located in Clay Township, Hamilton
County, Indiana and more particularly described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Woodland Country Club, Inc. reserves the right at its sole

discretion to relocate the above described easement of ingress
and egress.
