The Subdivision Committee will meet to consider the following items:
1. Docket No. 77-03 Z; (#03050030); Hearthview Residential PUD
The applicant seeks to rezone a 6.5 acre parcel from R-1/Residence to a PUD (Planned Unit Development) District designation. The property is generally located at the southeast corner
of 116th Street and the Monon Trail.
