Cingular Wireless will.be a new tenant at the Nine Parkwood facility, 900 East 96th Street. The Cingular Wireless sign will be placed at the north end of the east facade. The proposed sign is 92.7 square feet, with a significant portion of that area being empty space. The proposed sign is 2.7 square feet larger than allowed by ordinance. The larger size is being requested to ensure readability of the sign from the road. If you have questions regarding the attached variance petition, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
