Dick,

Consistent with what we did on the Garrison Enterprises petition (Docket No. V-68-00), I informed the petitioner that we
would only require the curbing of the newly-paved portions of the lot. I've copied Terry on this in case he has a different
take on it.

Question not asked at TAC. Will the church be required to curb the rest of their parking area since they are adding
parking with curbs? Seems I recall that a business on 3rd Avenue wanted to expand an existing curbless parking area
and they were told they would also be required to curb not only the new but also the existing.

8. Laurence Lillig provided the following items:
a. The property is currently comprised of seven different parcels. This will complicate
review of the Project since all current property lines will be considered as they apply to
setback requirements, etc. The parcels should be combined into a single legal
description and ownership.
b. The Church's existing north parking lot is located slightly into the existing right-of-way
for 6th Street. Mr. Hill will review this further and advise.
c. A site plan that overlays the current parcel lines with the current site development plan
will be submitted for review.
d. A variance for the height limitation for the new addition will be pursued by the Church.
