On February 20,2001, Hazel Dell Office Development, LLCwill present an application
for a Special Use Approval and a request for a development standards variance as it
relates to building signage to Carmel/Clay Township Board of Zoning Appeals for a
. Professional Office Building. This site is currently zoned B-3 and is located
approximately at the northwest comer of 131 st Street and Hazel Dell Road.
The proposed commercial development is a 15,220 SF professional office building and
associated parking is generally described in the enclosed petitions, applications, plans and
drawing which are more completely described in the plans on file with the Department of
Community Services.

1. The approval of this Variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general
