Travis - As the owner of Clear Skies Investments, LLC, which is the owner of 1180 Medical Court, Carmel, IN, whose primary tenant is Northside Hearing Care, this
emails serves to provide my approval for this plan to replace the monument sign from it's existing location at the SW corner of the property to the SE Corner, near the
entrance, with a single face monument sign as laid out in our previous correspondence.
