The site is located at 175 S. Rangeline Rd. It is zoned C2/Mixed Use and not located in any overlay zone. APPROVED with Condition: PZ-2022-00241 DP/ADLS: LOR Rangeline Mixed-Use Development • The Petitioner works with DOCS and Engineering Staff to address/complete the ProjectDox review process, which culminates in final sign off from all City Departments and addressing the outstanding items included in the April 6 Department Report. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
