The Easement is appurtenant to, imposed upon, for the benefit of, binding upon and runs with,
the Benefited Property and the Burdened Property, and shall be for the benefit of and binding upon
Grantor and the Benefited Parties (as hereafter defined) and their respective successors and assigns.
As used herein, the term `Benefited Parties" shall be the Grantee and the, from time to time, owners
of all or any portion of the Benefited Property and their respective purchasers, mortgagees, lessees,
occupants, successors in interest, assignees, licensees or any other person who has or acquires an
interest in all or any part of the Benefited Property.
