Dear Sir or Madam:
Please find enclosed an information packet for the Parkwood Crossing ADLS
Amend in regards to the Cingular Wireless sign location. Cingular Wireless will
be a new tenant at the Nine Parkwood facility, 900 East 96th Street.
The Cingular Wireless sign will be placed at the north end of the east facade.
The proposed sign is 92.7 square feet, and located on the light tan metal band at
the top of the building. The original ADLS approval referenced potential sign
locations at the top of the light brown/red brown precast concrete panels. The
proposed location for the Cingular Wireless sign is consistent with other existing
sign locations in the park.
If you have questions regarding the attached ADLS amend petition, please do
not hesitate to contact our office. We look forward to presenting this petition to
you at the September Sth Special Studies hearing. Thank you for your time.
