Yes, I think that would be okay to request to change the name of the replat to Caress Corner. (Please also let all of the
TAC members know of this name change, in case there are any issues with the name already being taken within the
County, and to generally let everyone know. ) We can update the project file names to reflect this, too.

Question, on this moving of a lot line (no variances) which should be an administrative review of a secondary plat, the
technical name of this subdivision would be:
A replat of Lot 78 of Newark Village Revised and a Replat of Lot 77B of the Replat of Lot 77 of Newark village revised.
That’s a lengthy subdivision name, do you think we could call it Caress Corner (Being A replat of Lot 78 of Newark Village
Revised and a Replat of Lot 77B of the Replat of Lot 77 of Newark village revised.)?
