Dear Neighbors,
Notice is herby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning appeals meeting
will be April 24, 2023 at 5:15pm and will hold a hearing upon a special
exception renewal to allow for short term residential rent of my home at
131 Beechmont Drive, Carmel, Indiana 46032 to other families/guests on
occasion. On the occasions I will have guests, I will be staying in the
home.
The application is identified as Docket PZ-2023-00058 SE
The tax ID panel number of the property is 16-10-30-02-07-018.000.
This will be a meeting at Carmel City Hall, 2nd floor caucus rooms, 1 civic
square, Carmel Indiana 46032 at 5:15pm.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be
heard at the above -mentioned time and place.
