') ~ -, 1(..,1 /~ - Introduction The Fineberg Group, LLC seeks Plan Commission approval of its ADLS Amendment filed on July 21, 2006, to seek changes in the signage, lighting and landscape plan for the Hunters Quest Shopping Center, located at 104-122 East Carmel Drive. Petitioner seeks to add exterior sign lighting to the existing wall signs as well as to bring the existing signs into the city sign ordinance for B-8 zoning. Petitioner is also seeking to update the plant material and design in the two front planters of the strip. Finally, Petitioner is requesting to replace its existing legal-non conforming pylon sign, with an attractive, brick and stone, multi-panel illuminated ground sign.
