Proposal For Short Term Rental at 103 E 106th st.
It is Our desire to offer our lovely home located at 103 E 106th St,to the
short-term rental market on occasion.
We are planning to apply for rezoning of the land where our home is located,in
the meantime we would like to rent the home during the days when we are
away from it.
We have experience both as a guest and a host of short-term rentals. Our
experience has been exceptional on both sides of the exchange.
As guests,we have been welcomed and it has been an incredibly positive
experience. We learned a lot and gained a great experience which will make us a
responsible host in future.
We are very careful and have a restricted policy regarding the type of guests
who we will approve, only guests who demonstrate respect for our rules and
can clearly communicate.Only families with no more than six guests will be
allowed,no parties or big gatherings. Our neighbors will be our priority. We will
closely monitor our property when we have guests with regular communications
and outdoor cameras. We also will make sure that someone is available to fix
any immediate issue that could arise at the house. We have a strict policy
against parties or parking on the street. We also require an evening curfew on
noise.
