RE: West Carmel Marketplace, Block G
Dear Mr. Brewer:
I received your comment email dated July 21, 2006 and have the following
response.
1. The drainage and utility easements have been added to the plans.
Landscaping within the drainage and utility easements at the West Carmel
Marketplace Development has been approved by Greg Hoyes of the
Hamilton County Surveyor's office.
2. The foundation plantings will be included with the ADLS / DP amend that
will come once a tenant has been identified. We currently illustrate a 13'
wide buffer between the building and the sidewalk, leaving the future
building enough room to comply with the 421 overlay requirements (5'
minimum planting area width for shrubs, ground cover & ornamental grass).
3. The buffer yard charts have been added to the plans.
4. The parking lot islands on our site are the same dimension as the Home
Depots parking lot (l5'x.36'). The tree species has been changed as you
requested.
5. Some ofthe Home Depot species have been incorporated into the Block G
site; please refer to the data table on C500.

clarification regarding this submittal.
