very excited about this project.

10-12' wide sidewalk.

• Does the Petitioner agree to an 8' or 10' sidewalk? Steve Hormann: We will commit to a minimum of an 8' wide
sidewalk.

• This will be a high-quality development, and have worked hard on this with the Planning Dept, CRC, and
