Broadway Avenue Carmel, IN 46280 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2023-00080 SE - Ellis Short Term Residential Rental Dear Mr. Ellis: At the meeting held Monday, April 24, 2023, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) filed by you for the property located at 10662 Broadway Ave.: APPROVED with Condition: PZ-2023-00080 SE - Ellis Short Term Residential Rental. • CONDITION: The Petitioner agrees to installing a sidewalk along their street frontage (or paying into the Throughfare Fund) if/when the City ever installs sidewalks along Broadway Ave. Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is April 24, 2024.
