OWNER AND APPLICANT CONSENT TO AND JOINDER IN APPLICATIONS
The undersigned, Carl Chapman, is the Owner of the real estate described herein and is the
Applicant for the zoning requests described herein. The subject real estate is identified by the Auditor
of Hamilton County, Indiana as Tax Parcel Identification Number 16-09-25-12-02-037.000 and has a
common address of 241 lst Ave. NW, Carmel, IN 46032 (the "Real Estate") and the Owner and
Applicant hereby states the following with respect to the applications seeking to obtain: (i) certain
development standards variances before the City of Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer;
(ii) approval for demolition of a detached garage from the City of ,Carmel Historic Preservation
Commission; and, (iii) any other approval that the Owner and Applicant deem necessary in order to
accomplish the remodeling of the home located upon the Real Estate (collectively referred to as the
"Approvals"):
1. The undersigned, having been duly sworn, upon oath says that the above information
contained herein is true and correct, as he is informed and believes, and that the undersigned, as
the Owner who controls the Real Estate, consents to the file of the Applications.
