Strategic Marketing & Research
REI Investments, Inc. ("REI") is the owner and developer of a parcel within the
Meridian Technology Center located at the Northwest comer of 117th Street and College
Avenue. The parcel is zoned B-2/Business District and is subject to the Architectural
Design, Lighting, Landscaping, and Signage ("ADLS") approval of the Carmel Plan
Commission ("Commission"). REI has filed for the Commission's review and approval
of an ADLS Application for a 12,000 square foot office building. The plans that have
been filed with the Commission are in compliance with the B-2 Business District
requirements. REI has also filed a Primary Plat application that will divide the 5 acre
parcel into two (2) lots.
