NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals ("Board eeting on the

Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon an Application For Developmental Standards
Variance ("Application") as to the 1 acre parcel of real estate within Merchants Square, at the Northeast comer
of Keystone Way and Keystone Way East.
The Application requests a variance from the State Highway 431 Overlay Zone (Section 23.2) to
permit a reduction in the minimum front yard, all pursuant to the plans and filed with the Department of
Community Service. The Application is identified as Docket Number V-30-01.
The Real Estate is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and is zoned B-8 Business District
under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Carmel, Indiana.
A copy of the Application is on file for examination at the Office of the Director of Community
Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above Application, either in writing or
verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
Written objections to the Application that are filed with the secretary of the Board prior to the Public
