The application requests a variance from the Keystone Overlay Zone to permit the building to be known as Carrabba's Italian Grill to be within thirty-one (31) feet of the right-of-way of Keystone Avenue. I am hopeful this matter can be reviewed and placed on the March 21, 200 I T AC agenda and on the ApriI1?, 2001 Plan Commission agenda.
