COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Block "D"; thence along the west line of said Block "D"
South 00 degrees 08 minutes 09 seconds East (Plat Bearing) 74.36 feet to northwest corner of the City
of Carmel as described in Instrument No. 2007027941,the following two (2) courses are along the north
and east lines of Carmel (1) North 89 degrees 51 minutes 51 seconds East 11.00 feet; (2) South 00
