I do not belicve thc City of Cannel has jurisdictional authority over this easemcnt. h appcars to bc a private easemcnt. grantcd from the Baucr Comlllcrcial Park Family Corp. to Indiana Implemcnt Dealers Scr\'iccs. Inc.. most likely to help assure protection to thc drainagc swalc running cast-wcst along this north scction of thc propcrty. Since Carmel has no jurisdiction o\'cr thc casclllcnt area in Baucr Commcrcial Park. wc would hm'e no objcction to a rcduction in this cascmcnl width. or impro\'clllcnls or othcr encroachlllenls, in said arca. Howcycr, I would likc to strcss thc importancc of maintaining this conveyanec of nmoff/drainage from offsitc through this propcrly so as not to impede proper drainage /low for thc propcrlics upstream of this sileo AdditionalIy, if any part of this cascmcnt arca is providing detcntion for this sitc. that storagc capacity would nccd to be prcscrved.
