This is foundation for the first bldg,
the L shaped building @ the corner of
Range line and City Center. II includes
some of the parking garage area that is
also part of the corner area of this
property. Work will include utility
tunnel excavation, site work for phase
1 , erosion control installment and
install of site fencing in this area,
retaining/shoring structure area at
the corner, piling installation, slab
on grade for LL., pre-cast LL install,
up through sub floor of ground floor.

Per applicants: Patriot Engineering
will be there full time through
structural concrete pouring of FDN.
Builder will provide City with various
reports throughout construction, and
any specifically requested by City.
They will notify City regarding all
pours, so City can determine what they
will come out and inspect, and what they
will accept reports for.

while it is in review.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (CIO issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
