Clay Township as follows: Section 8.4.1 (R-2/Residence District) to permit a building with a maximum height of
42 feet {25 feet maximum permitted}; and, Section 27.3.2 {Additional Parking and Loading Regulations} to allow
a temporary parking lot area to be constructed without curbing (curbing required). The real estate affected by said
Application and Request is owned by the Carmel United Methodist Church located at 621 South Range Line
