Submittal meeting 8/11/06. Mike Ficsher
of Catalyst met with Blanchard and
Lillard. @ meeting, discussion that
sprinkler release will be needed. ALSO:
RECEPTACLES ARE TO BE 18 INCHES ABOVE
THE FLOOR. The plans state that they
are 16 inches, so Blanchard made sure

Also, discussion of further projects at
site. (future new building) Discussed
how fees are assessed. NOTE: Bldr is
aware that permit will not be released
until OK from G.Hoyes at County Surveyor
for his office and Zionsville.
OK from Hoyes/Zionsville to release
permit via phone message and email on
8/22/06. Bldr was informed permit is
ready on 8/23/06, and told that they
still need to schedule pre-con meeting
with Hoyes.
This pennit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
