The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: Variance would be used only to position location of sing~e family house on individual lot under same requirements of othet~ homes within subdivision. 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the va~iance will not be affected in a substantially adverse manner because: Additional buildable area on said lot would allow house of equal value and size to be placed on lot as is typical within subdivision. 3.
