FINDINGS OF FACT - DEVELOPMENTAL STANDARDS VARIANCE
1. The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the
community because:
Variance would be used only to position location of sing~e
family house on individual lot under same requirements of othet~
homes within subdivision.
2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the va~iance will not be affected in a
substantially adverse manner because:
Additional buildable area on said lot would allow house of
equal value and size to be placed on lot as is typical within
subdivision.
3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to the property will result in practical difficulties in the
use of the property because:
Reduction of buildable area within lot to construct house
comparible to surroundinq homes.
