The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on May 4, 2023,
regarding a development standards variance to have no street trees required. The site is located at 41 N. Rangeline
Rd. and is zoned C2/Mixed Use.
APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2023-00072 V: 1st on Main: UDO Sec. 5.21: Street trees required; No street
trees granted.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application for any
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
