Re: 122nd & Penn Development - 06080021 V Dear Mr. Reis: At the meeting held Monday, September 25, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at the northeast comer of 12200 St. and Pennsylvania St. APPROVED: Docket No. 06080021 V Development Standards Variance for building height. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 25, 2007. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
