The CarmeVClay Thoroughfare Plan calls for a 50-foot halfright-of-way for West 131 st Street adjoining this site. · The Source of Title has not been included on the plat. · Please us the Administrative version of the Plan Commission Certificate. · The curve information has not been provided for the right-of-way where Horseferry Road meets the eyebrow. · Please consider extending the 2-foot non-access easement south along the Horseferry Road frontage of Lots 323 & 326. · Please provide a Key Map illustrating the location of this Section within the overall Village of WestClay project.
