This Is Brady Miller with Capitol Construction. We already have a permit for the white box portion of this space.!
The plans I have given you show the office that is being added to the space. i spoke to a man there that said he
would charge me for the square footage of the office and that this would be state exempt. The following are the
answers to your questions;

Subject: Suite 120 @ Medford Place
Mr. Miller,
We have received an application for what looks to be the tenant finish for suite # 120 at
the Medford Place building @ 10485 Michigan Rd. N. Much of the application was
incomplete. I have filled in some of it, but need answers to the following questions for us
to finish processing the application. If you have any questions regarding my questions,
please let me know. Otherwise, you can just reply to this email with the answers.
1. Name of the tenant who will be in suite 120.
2. Zoning of the property.
3. Tax Map Parcel 10 # for the property. (16 digit parcel #. The property owner
should have this)
4. Square footage of the area of work.
5. Estimated cost of construction for this tenant finish.
It is my guess that you are not altering the truss system in the roof, and that you are not,
adding a sump pump. I also believe that this building is on a slab, and it is a 1 story
building. If any of those assumptions are incorrect, please let me know.
