Congratulations! Your architectural request has been approved with conditions. The conditions are as
followed:
• Obtain appropriate Carmel City Permits.
• Comply with Claridge Farm Covenants and Bylaws (e.g. 30 foot aggregate distance from garage to
neighbor’s house)
• Allow for 15 days appeal time period.
The purpose of the review process is to promote and ensure a high level of quality, harmony and conformity
throughout the neighborhood by using the rules set forth in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR)
found in the Declaration.
