Confusion over original submittal under
record #: 06070071, which is now void.
Another contractor had submitted for
this pennit. He was then not contracted
by owner. However, this plan is the
same base plan as that done by the first
applicant. Initially, they did not
want to release this plan for anyone
else to use. However, per a voicemail
left for Sarah Lillard on 8/14/06 at
12:33 PM, he was okay with this new
contractor using the plan. He said he
would be faxing in a written statement
to this effect. That will be added to
this application, when it is received.
Original builder was Don Baker with
Woodruff Place Restorations. Bobby
Tran was the origianl plan designer.
This pennit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Relea..<;e. All construCtion
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
