FINDINGS OF FACT - DEVELOPMENTAL STANDARDS VARIANCE (BalIot Sheet)
1 Approval of this variance wilI not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of
the community because the additional sign requested has no negative impact on public health, safety, mor:als and
general welfare. The requested sign wilI assist members of the public to identify and locate the applicant's place
of business.
2. The size and appearance of the sign are the same as that approved on the east elevation of the building,
wilI not impact adjacent properties by lighting or other negative impact.
3. The building does not have direct frontage on U.S. 421; however, depends upon 421 traffic to identity
and locate the business. Having a sign on the south elevation ofthe building wilI assist north bound motorists on
U.S. 421 to identify and locate the business.
