I have reviewed the plans for this project and have the following comments.
1. Tpe construction plans show drainage entering the site from the northwest. Has the
l.'eceiviIlg swale been sized 10 accommodate the amount of acreage that drainage onto
this site? Please show acreage.
2. How much acreaJ.te currently flows tbtoultll the swale at the front of the nrooertv?
3. I recommend that a casting be added .where the twin ] 8'~ pipes tie into the S"'x2'- box.
This will provide an access point for maintenance and inspection.
4. There was a question aboutwheth.er or not the existin.9; swale at the SE comer was
part of the detention area. Has this been resolved?
