The requested sign will assist members of the public to identify and locate the applicant's place of business. 2. The size and appearance of the sign are the same as that approved on the east elevation of the building, will not impact adjacent properties by lighting or other negative impact. 3. The building does not have direct frontage on U.S. 421; however, depends upon 421 traffic to identity and locate the business.
