to the Cannel Phm Commissions's Bufferyard. Guidelines for
abutting Single-Family Residential properties. The Landscape
Plan for this buffer shall be reviewed and approved by the City's
Urban Forester.
B. That, excepting those to be removed in order to construct the
detached garage, the trees shown on the Tree Inventory submined
to the Department August 17, 2001. shall be preserved.
C. That there shall be no pavement located within the south side yard
setback of the subject,property.
4. Modification and Termination. These commitments, at the request of the
Owner, may be modified or tenninated by the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals after
