As required by the City of Carmel, I am requesting any agency or utility provider who is affected by
the replat of Lots 106 – 108 in the Sanctuary at 116th Street (see attachment) to respond to this email
so that the City can determine if any concerns have not been addressed. If you respond, please copy
Angie Conn with the Planning Dept. The 30’ Drainage and Utility Easement shown on the
attachment will not change so any existing utilities will not be affected.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
