TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All products manufactured by the Company are guaranteed unconditionally against defective parts, materials and workmanship
with the exception of incandescent and fluorescent lamps, as they are never guaranteed, for a period of one year.
The material, other than lamps, is guaranteed for an additional one year and will be replaced at no charge to the buyer for the
material. The cost of labor however will be charged at hourly rates. Products supplied by vendors other than Sign Craft
Industries will carry said vendors guarantee on material. The cost of labor will be charged at hourly rates.
2. If required, primary wiring circuit to be within five (5) feet of the sign installation site and is to be provided by others.
3. All Roof repairs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. o

4. Permit/ Procurement fees are not included in the pricing unless listed separately. All permit variance costs are due at time
incurred.
5. Quote assumes straight time and normal business hours. Variation from this will incur additional costs.
6. Final surveys completed subsequent to this quotation could disclose the need for additional time and/or equipment due to
unforeseen conditions which could affect final pricing.
7. Title to said products covered in this Proposal remains with Sign Craft Industries until paid in full, but after delivery to the
customer, responsibility for all damage after said delivery shall be assumed by the buyer and will not affect the rights of Sign
Craft Industries to enforce the purchase price then unpaid.
8. All terms and conditions of this agreement shall be binding upon any successors, assignees, or other legal representatives of the
respective parties but no assignment shall be made by the buyer without the prior written consent by Sign Craft Industries unless
full payment of the total consideration has been made.
9. Upon default in the payment of any sums herein agreed, Sign Craft Industries may, at its option, declare the entire outstanding
balance fully due and payable without further notice to customer; and when declared, customer agrees to pay all reasonable
costs of collection of said balance incurred by the Company including Attorney's fees.
THIS PROPOSAL DOES NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL SIGNED AND DATED BY THE COMPANY.

I believe it was suggested and agreed that our sign would be placed in the upper left section, to be moved if another
tenant requires that space. Is that accurate?

Hi Kristen and Rhonda — I hope all is well.
Rhonda, does this font style look correct in the attached proof?
My VP, did agree to allow CrossCountry Mortgage's sign to be moved up to one of the top panel
locations until a larger tenant may take one of the upper locations on the monument sign.
Kristen; Once this proof is approved, can you send me an invoice / quote for the 50% deposit amount.
We also want to know the full cost amount, to be approved by CrossCountry Mortgage.
Atapco Carmel, will pay the sign cost and then bill -back CrossCountry Mortgage for the total cost once
the sign is installed per the Lease Agreement.

Monument Sign
42,01 Subject to the requirements or restrictions of any applicable zoning codes and ordinan
of the appropriate governmental authority, if required, Landlord, at its cost, shall add Tenant's name to th
Front of the Building. The size, fora, design and other details of the monument sign and Tenant's name tb
approved by Landlord in writing in accordance with the attached hereto as Exhibit "E", of which is made
reference.
42.02 Within thirty (30) days after receipt of each of Landlord's invoices with respect theret5
reimburse Landlord for: (a) the cast of the sign panel with Tenant's name, including fabrication and insta
Landlord's monthly cast to operate and maintain the monument sign (split proma with any other tenants
on the monument sign) including, but not limited to, electrical costs, direct maintenance costs and related
maintenance costs; provided, however, that if Tenant is the only tenant utilizing the monument sign, Tent
hundred percent (100%) of said costs; and (c) the cost to remove the sign panel with Tenant's name and i
upon the expiration or termination of the term of this Lease Agreement. When billed, each of the aforemi
deemed additional Rent due hereunder.
43.03 This Article shall be personal to the original Tenant under this Lease Agreement name
Mortgage, Inc., and shall be immediately hull and void and of no effect if such original Tenant assigns thi
