Is the casting on the manhole adjacent to the enclosure a closed or open casting? We would like the cover to be closed so we can avoid any runoff from the dumpster enclosure entering the storm system. We would also like you to confirm that it is capable of bearing the weight of the trucks that will be accessing the dumpster. 2. We will require a right-of-way permit and $5,000 license and permit bond to be submitted for this work if there is not one already active for this project.
