Good afternoon, after reviewing the plans this appears to be something Fluid Waste Services could maintain without
needing to enter the parking garage with our vacuum truck.
Thanks Chris

Chris R./Chris L.,
Apologies for the delay on this. Please see attached for a Utility Plan showing our proposed site layout, construction
details on the detention system, and an O&I Manual for the product. We’ve coordinated with the manufacturer directly,
who has indicated that the maintenance must occur at the maintenance ports located near the incoming and outgoing
storm pipe connections (ie, the other maintenance ports located further away from the incoming/outgoing pipes are
primarily for inspection, not sediment removal). Could you please confirm if Fluid Waste Services can provide full
maintenance services for this detention system? Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Connor

Connor, we have cleaned several underground vaults throughout the years. Each tank or vault presents its own
challenges, and we prefer to do an on-site visit prior to starting a tank or vault cleaning project. If it is a standard
concrete tank with an inlet and outlet that is very straightforward, however if it is a fabric and gravel system we typically
reach out to the manufacturer or installer of the system to get their recommendations on cleaning methods. With these

types of systems, we have not found a clear and concise method for cleaning procedures, so we treat each one
individually, and come up with a plan for each one.
Thanks Chris
